MEET OUR THERAPIST

Lisa McKeon
Hi, I'm so glad you're here! 👋

I'm an occupational therapist, and helping older adults live safely and happily at home is what I do — and honestly, what I love.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with so many wonderful people and their families, helping them navigate the real, everyday stuff that comes with getting older. Things like feeling less steady on your feet, losing a bit of confidence, managing a health condition, or just wondering how to keep doing the things you enjoy. These challenges are real, and they matter — which is exactly why I do what I do. What works in a textbook doesn't always work in your kitchen or your morning routine — so I focus on what actually helps in the real world.

Here's what I truly believe: getting older doesn't have to mean giving things up. It means finding new, smarter ways to keep going. With the right know-how and a bit of support, most people can continue doing the things that make life feel like theirs.
I hope you find something here that helps. You don't have to figure it all out alone. That's what I'm here for. 😊
Why My Therapy Hub Exists
We believe that getting older should come with confidence, not worry.

Our mission is simple — to help older adults live well, stay independent, and feel good about the road ahead. Whether you're navigating changes yourself or supporting someone you love, we're here to help make sense of it all.
We see ageing not as a decline, but as a new chapter. One that comes with its own adjustments, yes — but also with real opportunity to keep doing the things that bring joy and meaning. With the right information and a little support, staying safe and comfortable at home is absolutely within reach.

We offer friendly, practical occupational therapy guidance that's grounded in real evidence — not jargon. Our goal is to help you and your family feel informed, prepared, and never alone in the decisions you're facing.

Because everyone deserves to age with dignity, independence, and a sense of purpose. And we're here to help make that happen.
